CA Seasonal Task 3: Neodymium Chinchilla

Summer Event 3
Mirror, Mirror! Galaxia's Animamates!
Draw your girl as if she were one of Galaxia's Animamates! Pick any metal or alloy you like and use your animal to create a funky, fun and sexy Animamate! If you'd like to write a little story on how Galaxia turned your girl you can! 

Please note that as a "Sailor", she MUST have the traditional Sailor Collar. Also please ensure your chosen metal/alloy is a real one. No fictional metals/alloys will be accepted.

"NeoChi" as a villain is more of a mischievous type; she will cause trouble and then hide behind those that she is loyal to (Which is a lot shorter of a list than regular Frankie). Particularly to those that give her things (Affection or protection are two big things) she is the anime version of Aluminum Siren To Lu's Red Crow; by that while NeoChi is the goof and will talk way too much, she is happy to step aside and let Chromium Chiroptera step in and do all the heavy lifting. She knows how to fight, she just lets ChroChir do it since she likes it (But don't get her wrong; she is VERY loyal to ChroChir because of this).

I chose Neodymium as Frankie's metal since her powers are magnetic earth based, and Neodymium is one of the most magnetic metals out there. >.> Also I freakin LOVE her hair and ears in this
